Three (3) years functional experience in Operations Management environment. Two (2) years’ experience at management level in Operations. Knowledge: Public Finance Management Act (PFMA), Public Service Regulations (PSR), Public Service Act (PSA), Labour Relations Act (LRA), Employment Equity Act (EEA), Basic Conditions of Employment Act (BCEA), Unemployment Insurance Act (UIA), Unemployment Insurance Contributions Act (UICA), National Archives and Records Services of South Africa Act.
