Required Skills
• Higher Diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year practical experience in an HR admin environment is essential
• A valid driver’s license
• Good communication and administrative skills
• Computer literate.
Duties & Responsibilities
· Support the HR manager in managing the labour cost budget.
· Manage the filling of agreed vacancies to optimise cost per hire and reduce recruitment time;
· Ensure that performance management records, administration and reporting is in place, accurate and up to date;
· Compilation of payroll input regarding all employee movements;
· Ensuring that data changes are correctly and timeously communicated to payroll;
· Ensuring that data changes communicated to payroll was correctly implemented and updated on HR system;
· Administration of HR information system;
· All relevant modules of HR Focus system on time and correctly updated in order for current information to be readily available;
· Compile CCMA bundles;
· Administration of The following: Personal records, training and development records, bursary records, induction records, leave, home loan applications, new appointment records, medical aid and provident/retirement fund applications, terminations and work confirmations. Other admin related duties e.g. filing, ordering of stationery etc.
